Ingredients:
* A piece of thigh fresh turkey.
* Half cup tayota
* half cup of Broccoli
* Red Apple Media
* Juice of 2 lemons
* Turmeric / Turmeric
* Two cloves of garlic
* Oregano to taste Salt and
Preparation:
Marinate the turkey drumsticks with turmeric (to taste) the juice of two lemons, salt and oregano. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes on each side.
Boil the vegetables and apples with salt.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve to taste.
